1. What info2fuel does
info2fuel (Cristopher Stanford d/b/a info2fuel, Austin, Texas) is an independent broker that sits between buyers and sellers of petroleum products. The portal lets verified buyers post Requests and verified sellers post Offers. The other side sees only an anonymized summary (for example “Offer O-1234 by S-2017”). Identities, contact details, websites and documents are never shown to the other side; info2fuel makes every introduction itself, after the agreements below are in place. info2fuel does not take title to product, hold client funds, or charge upfront fees.
2. Non-circumvention
You agree not to contact, solicit, negotiate or transact, directly or indirectly (including through affiliates, employees, agents, successors or nominees), with any buyer, seller, intermediary, bank or other party that info2fuel introduces to you or that you learn of through the portal, except through info2fuel, for the protection period stated in the signed NCNDA/IMFPA for the transaction, or if none is signed, for five (5) years from the introduction. If you circumvent info2fuel, the fee that info2fuel would have earned on the circumventing transaction, and on later transactions between the same parties, is due as if the transaction had been made through info2fuel.
3. Non-disclosure
Information shared through the portal or by info2fuel (including identities, contact details, prices, procedures, documents such as ICPO, SCO, LOI, POP or POF, and the existence of a deal) is confidential. You will use it only to evaluate and complete the transaction it relates to, share it only with your own advisers and financiers who are bound by confidentiality, and return or delete it on request. This duty continues for five (5) years after your last use of the portal. You must not post anyone's contact details on the portal; info2fuel removes them and may suspend accounts that do so.
4. Fee protection
info2fuel is paid a fee only on completed transactions between parties it introduced. The fee follows info2fuel's published sliding schedule: your fee decreases with every completed transaction, per the published schedule, down to a permanent 0.025% from your 21st transaction. Transactions are counted per client relationship and product family; for U.S. domestic referrals one calendar month of volume counts as one transaction. For transactions 1 to 20 the fee is the per-unit amount for that transaction number (multiplied by the quantity delivered), and is never less than 0.025% of the transaction's FOB value. Larger volumes receive lower rates per the published volume schedule. From the 21st transaction in a product family the fee is 0.025% of FOB value (excluding freight, insurance and taxes) and applies to all later transactions in that product family between the introduced parties, with no expiry. The schedule in force when you accept these terms is stored with your acceptance; for each transaction the signed IMFPA confirms who pays, the amount and the payment timing. The live schedule is shown below and published at https://info2fuel.realengage.app/how-we-work#fees.
5. Portal rules and compliance
Post only genuine requirements and offers you are authorized to make. info2fuel may review, edit (for example to remove contact details), hide or remove any post and approve, reject or suspend any account. All parties, products, vessels and origins are subject to sanctions screening (U.S. OFAC, UN, EU, UK). Fuel oil is accepted only with verified non-Russian origin. Offers for “JP54” or similar non-existent specifications are not accepted. info2fuel never asks for upfront fees; report any such request to info2fuel@gmail.com.
6. Your data
info2fuel stores your registration details, posts, documents, messages, and a record of your acceptance of these terms (date and time, IP address, browser and terms version) to run the portal, vet counterparties and keep business records, as described in the Privacy Policy at https://info2fuel.realengage.app/privacy.
We record the date and time, your IP address and the terms version when you accept.
