NCNDA
Mutual confidentiality and non-circumvention between two companies sharing a commercial introduction.
IMFPA
The paying party agrees to pay named intermediaries a fee per unit on each completed, paid delivery. No upfront payments.
LOI
A specific, non-binding statement of what a buyer wants, inviting a firm offer or draft SPA.
ICPO
A formal purchase intention many sellers still ask for, written honestly as subject to SPA and KYC.
